Moomin Arabia family program terms and conditions

1. Moomin Arabia family members must be natural persons who are at least 18 years old. Membership is free of charge. Fiskars Finland Oy Ab (hereinafter referred to as Fiskars) is entitled to reject membership applications. Members also agree to Moomin Arabia's Terms of Use.
    
2. A core part of our service is our commitment to deliver a personalized online service experience to you as a Moomin Arabia family member, just as we always strive to offer a personal and unique service to all visitors in our stores. We can analyse your membership profile data (including e.g. your purchase data and interaction with our website and advertisements), connect the data with other customer data and provide targeted content with an aim to deliver best-in-class personal service to you as a member of the Moomin Arabia family and to improve and develop the Moomin Arabia family program. This means that communications, recommendations and advertisements you may see are based on your preferences and interests. Members may object to the personalization by contacting customer service or according to other options given in the privacy policy. Personalization based on use of cookies is subject to cookie consent (further information can be found from Cookie Notice). If all personalization is turned off, the services and benefits offered based on personalization will not be available.
    
3. Moomin Arabia family members’ personal data will be processed in accordance with Fiskars Group’s Consumer privacy policy.
    
4. Members undertake to keep their username and password confidential and are responsible for all actions taken using their username and password.
    
5. In order for Moomin Arabia family to serve members in the best possible way, members shall inform the programme of any changes to their contact details. Members can update their contact information by contacting customer service.
    
6. Moomin Arabia family membership is personal, membership benefits are personal and can only be used by the member and only the member himself/herself can make purchases associated with their membership unless otherwise separately communicated. Purchases will only count towards the accumulated purchase total if membership is recognised when the purchase is made. If the Moomin Arabia family membership is not recognised at the time of purchase, the purchase will not be added to the accumulated purchase total retroactively.
    
7. Members may resign from Moomin Arabia family by sending notice of termination by contacting our customer service or by post to Fiskars Finland Oy Ab, Moomin Arabia Family, P.O. Box 91, FI-02151 Espoo, Finland. The resignation shall be effective one (1) month from the receipt of the termination email or post.
    
8. Fiskars is entitled to terminate membership if a member has not used his/her member benefits within the preceding 36 months or if the member has infringed these Terms & Conditions.
    
9. Fiskars shall have the right to terminate the Moomin Arabia family and alter or amend these Terms & Conditions without providing separate personal notice to members. If these Terms & Conditions are changed, updated Terms & Conditions will be posted on Moomin Arabia’s websites one (1) month before the changes take effect. If you continue your membership after the changes have entered into force you are considered to have approved the changed Terms & Conditions.
    
10. Fiskars strives to ensure that information offered through the service is correct, reliable and up-to-date, however the service is provided on “as-is” basis. Fiskars shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damage, such as delay, loss of revenue, goodwill, right of use or information, or for other financial loss, resulting from the use of the service and information contained therein, or by the discontinuation of the service.
     
11. Unless otherwise required by applicable mandatory law, these Terms & Conditions shall be governed by the laws of Finland exclusive its choice-of-law rules and principles. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the dispute will be resolved by the applicable courts in Finland, unless otherwise stated by applicable mandatory law of the member’s country of residence.
